Loud and Raw

The First semester was finally over and our lessons as well. Papers kept pouring until we’ve reached our breaking point and now I am relieved by the fact that I don’t have to do hard work for two straight weeks. Just another time with myself. I can still remember in our IBE class where we learned nothing but reverse mortgage all on our own. Our professor is such a mess and a lazy ass if I may permit myself to say that to his face. Oh well, I guess I am still lucky to have him as my professor, imagine a full semester of idling around doing things which are clearly not related to the subject but somehow the grades are still soaring high. But the consequences are also high, we need to learn important terms about the business world and terms like, finance, reverse mortgages, by laws and the likes are not clearly explained or been used to the extent that we will all be very familiar about it. Lucky but not a success i guess. And oh! I also learned about the reverse mortgage calculator but not from our professor, I accidentally came across a textbook that teaches how to compute for those transactions may it be automatic or manual the important things is the guide offered by common services. Bah! I wish that the our break from school will get me ready for another semester of groundbreaking studies. Make me read to face the corporate world oh college of mine.

I am planning on starting a business, and I think I could start with t-shirt printing since I was once a member of a T-shirt printing group organized by my friends, I will go solo this time though. Of course I would sell cheap t-shirts and some expensive ones depending on the design. Right now, I still don’t have enough time to print by myself so I might do it during our semestral break. Clients would surely want to have one of my designs..but it is still on a sketch board haha! But really, I would start soon and looking forward to having you guys as my customers.

Its Friday and majority of my classes are majors. My first class was Art Appreciation and I wondered why and how on earth that this should be a 1 Unit subject, this should be less than 1 not that I have anyhting against it, I just thought that this class should not be a priority, but hey I love this class especially that Im a musician. I was also able to get my midterm grades and thankfully everything went better except my Phil Literature class, I got a very, very low grade. Then the next class was Retailing, Oh this one is my most favorite of all. I enjoyed this subject as much as I enjoyed sleeping. But honestly I got a very high marking on this one because I trust my knowledge about the subject that made it easy for me. Its just about the logic in doing business and some training on retailing concepts. then a long three hour break and the dullness came.

I of course, will not tell the story behind the boring break haha. My class class was Business Finance where we talked about everything going on in a business to financing, from corporation to stocks, and from investments to a mortgage rate. Though many of our classmates did not attended the class, we still went on with the quiz and waited for our dismissal. Not much of a day right?
