instead. in /home2/loudandr/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5476My sister and my older brother are into fitness nowadays, that reminds me that maybe I should be doing it again since the last time I worked out was when I was 18 and now I’m on my 25. That’s a total of 7 unfit years! But anyway, I only gained some few pounds and maybe because of my discipline seven years ago or so I believe. One of my best routines is before I worked out I take a balanced supplement then work out for an hour or two then after that, I rest a while and take some post workout supplements to keep the pace. I shared this to my siblings and they are also doing it now and I think they are happy with how they are doing now as well.
Now that I’ve thought about that, I am planning to do my workout routine since I got a lot of free time and that free time is being wasted by going online, watch TV and some stuffs that are clearly related to an early sign of couch potato. I hate that, but sometimes its fun as well but once a good length of time passes by, it get’s boring and I’ve been feeling an uncomfortable sensation within my body. In short, I need to be healthy starting now. I believe that my motivation before is to just be fit maybe I can have that as a motivation again or maybe tweak it up a bit. Maybe make my motivation to be fit and look good even more and by doing that, I’ll more productive each day.
]]>Every time I go to the gym, I always look forward on working out with the treadmill. I find treadmills to be very challenging and relaxing especially when we talk about our cardiovascular health. For me, treadmills can give me a complete cardio workout without making me over fatigue and its good in keeping us in shape. I love running fast and I enjoy walking long miles in a treadmill. I also want to bring home a treadmill instead of going to the gym. I have one in our home but I guess I just enjoy high end treadmills from time to time so I might check some shop and maybe I can find a good deal from them.
]]>My friend got thinner the last time I saw him. I asked him how and he told me that he took the best diet pill availbale on the market. That made me realize how effective diet pills are. With a little perseverance in working out and breaking up a sweat plus pills that can make you lose weight, your body can be greater than ever. But really, I never thought that he’d lose almosst 30 pounds because of that. I ennvy his patience because If I were to do that, maybe in the middle of my dieting stage, I would lose focus and start gaining weight again. Again, it must be a matter of self control and the wil to lose weight. Wow!
